Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
In Kitchen Aid mixing bowl, combine:
3-3/4 cups bread flour
1 Tbsp. instant yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Add:
1-1/2 cups hot tap water
Mix well, using dough hooks, for 5 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in microwave. Using a pastry brush, spread part of the melted butter in jelly roll pan (large cookie sheet) to cover sides and bottom.
Spread the dough out flat onto the pan until it reaches all of the edges. Pour the rest of the melted butter on dough and spread around with your hands or pastry brush.
Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese (about 1/2 cup).
With a pizza cutter, cut the dough into three rows lengthwise and then about 10-12 rows the other direction.
Put the pan into a 170 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn the oven up to 350 degrees and bake an additional 15 minutes.
Redefine your cutting lines with a pizza cutter.
Note: You can use cinnamon and sugar instead of garlic, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.
