Texas Sheet Cake

Melt in saucepan:

1 cube margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. cocoa

In separate cup, combine 1 Tbsp. vinegar and milk to equal one cup. Set aside.

In separate bowl, combine:

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda

In mixing bowl, beat together:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Add chocolate mixture, milk mixture, and flour mixture. Mix well.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in well-greased sheet cake pan (bottom and sides).

While cake is baking, prepare icing in sauce pan:

1/3 cup milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 cube margarine

Heat in saucepan until melted. Beat in 1 lb. of powdered sugar. Let cake cool for 5 minutes and pour icing on top. Sprinkle with nuts.
