Pistachio Dessert

36 Ritz crackers (1 sleeve of crackers)
1 cube melted margarine

Crush Ritz crackers. Add melted margarine. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Cool.

2 small pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup milk

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened

8 oz. Cool Whip

1 frozen Heath bar

In large mixing bowl, combine pudding and milk. Mix well. Add vanilla ice cream. Beat well. Spread on cool crust. Put in freezer to set up. Spread Cool Whip on top of pistachio layer. Grate frozen Heath bar on top. Cover with plastic wrap and keep in freezer until ready to serve.
