Pecan Tarts

Crust:
1 cube butter
1 cup flour
3 oz. cream cheese

Filling:
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 cup diced pecans

Combine butter, cream cheese, and flour together to make pastry. Divide dough into 24 equal balls. Pat each ball into cup of miniature muffin pan, covering side and bottom of each cup. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful into each unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
