Pumpkin Sheet Cake

In large mixing bowl, combine:

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
1 can (29 oz.) Libby's pumpkin

Add:

2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease jelly roll pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

3 oz. cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
